JeetBuzz Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide for Malaysian Members

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and JeetBuzz ("Platform", "We"). By completing the registration process and ticking the "I agree to the Terms & Conditions" box, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with registration or use of the JeetBuzz platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To register and use the JeetBuzz platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Age 18 years of age and above on the date of registration.
• Acting as an individual on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any other person or organisation.
• Not appearing on any exclusion or restriction list imposed by any relevant authority.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Has never had an account restricted, suspended, or closed by JeetBuzz due to fraud or a prior breach of terms.

JeetBuzz reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm member eligibility. Failure to comply may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

Each individual is only permitted to register one JeetBuzz account only. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different email addresses, different phone numbers, or any other method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide information that is true, accurate, and current, including:

• Full name as per your identification card or passport.
• Accurate date of birth.
• An active and accessible email address.
• A valid Malaysian phone number.
• A strong, unique password for your JeetBuzz account.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. JeetBuzz will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own failure to safeguard your login details.

JeetBuzz accepts deposits via the following payment methods available exclusively to Malaysian players:

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. JeetBuzz does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is found to originate from a source not belonging to the account holder, JeetBuzz reserves the right to hold the funds pending identity verification.

All deposits are made in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are not subject to any additional fees from JeetBuzz. However, your financial service provider may impose their own charges.

• Standard withdrawals are processed within 1 to 24 hours on business days.

General conditions applicable to all JeetBuzz bonuses:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended, except in technically defined situations.
• JeetBuzz reserves the right to void or reverse bets placed on odds or outcomes that are clearly erroneous due to technical or human error.
• For live sports betting on events such as the Malaysia Super League, EPL, BWF badminton, and esports, results are taken from officially recognised sources. In the event of any discrepancy, JeetBuzz will exercise reasonable discretion to determine the outcome.
• Bets placed after the actual result of an event is known (late betting) will be automatically voided.
• Any attempt to manipulate the odds system or exploit technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

JeetBuzz maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards the following activities. Any member found engaging in the actions below will face immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Identity Fraud: Registering using false information or another person's identity.
• Money Laundering: Using the JeetBuzz platform as a means to transfer or conceal illicit funds.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim registration bonuses repeatedly.
• Unauthorised Collusion: Colluding with other players in games that are meant to be played individually.
• Use of Bots or Automation Software: Using any software or script to automate betting or in-game actions.
• Threats or Harassment: Threatening, insulting, or harassing support staff or other players.

JeetBuzz reserves the right to suspend or close any member account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that the member does not meet the age eligibility requirement or other qualifying criteria.
• Suspicious activity relating to money laundering or financial fraud.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities.

Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the JeetBuzz support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned within 5 to 7 business days once all reviews have been completed.

JeetBuzz works hard to keep the platform running smoothly at all times. However, JeetBuzz shall not be liable for:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, payment provider issues, or natural disasters.
• Losses arising from the failure of third-party equipment or software.
• Betting decisions made based on information misinterpreted by the member themselves.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the JeetBuzz platform.

In all circumstances, JeetBuzz's maximum liability to any member is limited to the amount of funds held in that member's account at the time of the relevant incident.

Continued use of the JeetBuzz platform after any amendments take effect constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the new terms come into force.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law, and any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to a recognised dispute resolution body.
